All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
All orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked.
We only currently ship to the UK and Northern Ireland.
Orders can be collected from our unit, so just press the collection button and we can arrange a date via email/message when collection is possible.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Buckin' Elk. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we do accept returns, but this will be at the cost of the sender. We do not accept returns that have been washed, scented with perfumes/sprays, or dirty.
Returns or exchanges must be within 10 days of delivery.
